Ricardo Bey is a seasoned business leader, investor, and community advocate with a strong track record in athlete-led and athlete-focused ventures. With expertise in capital strategy, business, and product development, he has spent the past several years bridging the gap between athletes and entrepreneurship by creating ownership opportunities and driving sustainable value across sports, tech, and business ecosystems.

As Chief Business Development Officer at 73 Holdings LLC, he lead strategic growth, market research, and partnership development. Since joining the board in 2021, he has been instrumental in shaping fan engagement platforms and ownership models that help athletes move into leadership roles, while advancing the company’s mission to change the DNA of professional sports and open doors for athletes, fans, and underserved communities.

Ricardo currently serves as a Managing Partner at Team Avenue Sports Group, where he extends his vision of athlete empowerment into team ownership and large-scale real estate development. In this role, he continues to create pathways for athletes to become decision-makers, stakeholders, and visionaries in their respective fields.

Beyond business, he serves as a Sheik and missionary with the Moorish Science Temple of America and as President of its philanthropic arm, the 5 Principles Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to preserving Moorish American culture, advancing educational excellence, and improving quality of life in underserved communities.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Cabrini University and brings extensive experience in trading and investing across both private and public markets.
